| Tight mechanical screw causes mechanical stuck, motor overload and overheat, triggering driver alarm | As for mechanical tightness, adjust the screw or other mechanical parts; as for overload, then check the cutting output and feeding speed, improve the technique or change motor or driver with larger load |
| Water and oil damage in motor plug and socket burns down the interface; motor insulation damage leads to the short circuit of power amplifier tube and driver alarm; motor damage causes driver alarm | If there is water in the socket interface, change plug or socket and take waterproof and insulation measures; if there is breakdown of diver power amplifier tube, change the driver power amplifier tube 460 and a motor with better insulativity; check the motor.
